A residential complex comprising 60 flats is being built on the site of the former Sparta industrial estate in Apeldoorn, on the outskirts of the city centre.
The design blends in with the surrounding environment and creates unique living spaces in various locations. The houses and flats are clad in straw-yellow brick with matching joints.
